This northern hemisphere winter and southern hemisphere summer has been the first true post covid seasons, and the hiring process has been a little bit chaotic.
Travel restrictions have been removed, visas are being issued in record time, and  the resort housing crisis has added to the chaos. There’s still plenty of seasonal position that remain unfilled, and many resorts don’t have nearly enough affordable beds. We are expecting to see many high profile ski resorts having very difficult 22/23 winters.
The good news is, the adventure industry looks like being much better prepared for the northern hemisphere summer and the southern hemisphere winter season.
