We are looking to bring on our first member of staff for summer, our Beachfront Supervisor This role will require a versatile forward thinker able to lead a team and set high standards. Our Beachfront Supervisor will be part of our team that runs our kayak and paddle board rentals, guides kayak and paddle board tours on Lake Wānaka and leads the staff team when the operations manager is on their days off. This is the ideal role for someone who wants to develop their leadership skills at the same time as spending lots of time on the beach and the water. In summer we would estimate your days would be split fairly evenly between working rentals on the waterfront, guiding and leading the staff team. Specifics: This role will start as 3 days a week and will progress to 5 days a week as we get busier. We are looking to bring our Beachside Supervisor on ASAP and this role will likely go through the season to April. As a weather dependent operator, all hours and end dates may change with the weather.
