About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and responsible kite instructor for the 2026 season at Drivethru Surfcamp.
You’ll be teaching lessons at our private fjord spot directly in the camp’s backyard — calm, shallow water and the perfect setup for safe, personal lessons. The position runs from April/May until the end of October 2026.
We’re looking for someone who loves teaching, cares about guest experience, and wants to be part of our long-term team. Your Tasks * Teach beginner and intermediate kitesurfing lessons (IKO or VDWS method) * Supervise students on and off the water, ensuring a safe learning environment * Take care of kites, bars, boards, and spot equipment * Organize no-wind activities (e.g. SUP tours, skate sessions, kite theory, gear workshops, or small events) * Help around the camp when needed — mowing the grass, keeping the kite area and garage tidy, maintaining the gear storage, and helping create a cozy, organized atmosphere for guests, supporting housekeeping in busy times Requirements * Valid Kite Instructor License (IKO, VDWS, or equivalent) * Teaching experience (ideally 1–2 seasons) * Strong safety awareness and rescue skills * Friendly and professional communication with guests * Reliable, motivated, and independent * Team player who contributes to the camp community * EU work permit or eligibility to work in Denmark We Offer * Accommodation and meals included * Fair pay * Private teaching spot — no crowded beaches * Great team energy, relaxed working atmosphere * Access to camp facilities (sauna, hot tub, SUPs, bikes, etc.) * Space and time for your own side projects or training
