Our company is an innovative ski rental solution, web-based and warehoused, we deliver and custom fit ski rentals across the Southern Lakes. Launched 15 years ago from our single garage, to 2025, expanding to Wanaka, and our new store experience at Hilton Resort, building bespoke systems, creating fantastic B2B relationships and an ever increasing repeat client base. We are excited to offer a leadership opportunity within our team, someone who’d be bored skiing ‘green runs’ when it comes to customer service, team culture and daily operations. The successful candidate needs to be well organised, solutions driven and have a can-do attitude. Driven by specific core values, you will need to step into a fast paced role that will consist of: Logistics - Assigning drivers to deliveries and tasks Inventory Reservations - Great communication skills and sales capability Leadership - Motivating a team, building culture, leading by example. The candidate needs to have relevant ski/tourism industry experience, have at least 1 season in ski rentals, be positive in nature, motivated by pleasing others and be passionate about skiing, snowboarding and the mountains is a prerequisite. This role is a Full-Time, fixed term contract for winter, working a variety of shifts, generally afternoons (plenty of ski time). You will need a valid work visa or be a resident and hold a drivers licence. Candidates who intend to return and grow with the company for subsequent seasons will be at an advantage.
