We are hiring ski and snowboard instructors in Shiga Kogan for the 2025/2026 winter season. Requirements: Fluent English: Effective communication is key in providing exceptional instruction to our diverse clientele. International Driving License. Good Off-Piste Skills and Basic Avalanche Knowledge: Safety is our top priority. We value instructors who are equipped to handle all mountain conditions. Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport with students and creating a positive learning environment is essential. Shiga Kogen is a group of 18 ski resorts located in Jōshin’etsu-kōgen National Park, 2 hours drive from Nagano city. It is the biggest ski resort in Asia with 51 lifts and gondolas and total slope length of 83 km.
