We are looking to expand our Dream Team that takes care of our two ski lodges and our Guests. We are looking for hard working mountain&snow enthusiasts, who would fully appreciate the privilege of living and working in the magic village of Nozawa Onsen! We are looking for Lodge Assistants to help us operating our two lodges, if you are potentially interested please send us your profiles. Skills / Requirements: * The ideal candidates will be able to communicate in both English and Japanese (but not required to be fully bilingual). Depending on circumstances, we may consider candidates who speak only one of the two languages * Great interpersonal skills with customers, and interest in interacting with people from all over the world (essential) * Previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferable) * Driving license (preferable) * Cooking skills (preferable) * DIY skills (preferable) * For non-Japanese candidates, a valid working visa for Japan is required, Working Holiday Visa is fine (essential) Period: From early/mid December until mid/end of March, however we have some flexibility regarding start and end dates. Benefits: * The salary will depend on role, experience and skills. Salaries start from 155,000 yen / month. * Staff is provided with free shared accommodation at the lodge * Staff enjoy free breakfast at the lodge, and can use the kitchen to cook their other meals * Minimum 1 day off per week * Subsidy for seasonal ski pass can be discussed
