1.0 Reserve the right to remove any employer without refunds who offers wages or conditions that are below minimum employment standards in their jurisdiction.
1.1 Reserve the right to remove any employer without refunds who has hiring practices that breach their jurisdictions racial, religious, or gender discrimination laws.
1.2 Reserve the right to remove any employer without refunds who requests employee contact details off our platform or encourages employees to apply for work without purchasing their contact details first. This can include providing links to hiring pages or contact details of HR teams.
1.3 Will automatically remove any employer without refunds who shares contact details of employees with third parties.Â
1.4 Reserve the right to remove any employer without refunds who has an adverse finding in workplace or criminal courts in any jurisdiction.

2.0 Reserve the right to remove any employee on our database who fails to show up for work that has been offered via our platform.
2.1Â Reserve the right to remove any employee on our database who repeatedly fails to respond to employer communications, or is involved in any abusive behaviour.
2.2Â Reserve the right to remove any employee on our database who has not updated their profile within the last calendar year.Â
2.3 Reserve the right to remove any employee on our database who has misrepresented their skills, qualifications, or experience in their employee profile.Â
The site ownersÂ
3.0 Will not publicly display contact details, DOB information, or last names on our database members
3.1. Will not sell any information on our database to third parties with the exception of employers who have signed up to our platform and purchased their details..Â
3.2 Will remove any employee or employer profile on our database at the creator’s request.
3.3 Reserve the right to examine any communications between employers or employees in the result of a dispute.
3.4 Will not read any communications between employees or employers unless there is a dispute.Â
3.5 Agree to give employers at least 1 month advanced notice on any pricing changes.
Employees
3.0 Agree to create profiles that accurately reflect their qualifications, age, experience, and skill set.
3.1 Agree to communicate in a timely and respectful manner with any employers who contact them via our platform.
3.2 May refuse to take any jobs offered.
3.3 Agree to let employers know why they did not take a position offered.
3.4 Agree to receive email and text message alerts from SEE YOU NEXT SEASON.
Employers
4.0 Agree to offer employment terms and conditions that do not breach labour and hiring laws in their jurisdictions.
4.1 Agree to accurately outline wages and conditions for positions offered to employees via our platform.Â
4.2 Agree not to on-sell or share any contact details purchased via our site.
4.3 Agree not to request the contact details of potential employees off our platform.Â
4.4 Agree not to post links to hiring platforms, or encourage employees to apply for jobs without first purchasing their contact details, in the chat section.Â
4.5 Agree to respectfully communicate with potential employees on our database.Â
4.6 Agree to receive email and text message alerts from SEE YOU NEXT SEASON.
Points Policies
5.0 Contact points purchased at a discounted rate on paid tiers must be used while employers are still have a blue square or black diamond subscription.
5.1 SEE YOU NEXT SEASON reserves the right to remove up to 40% of an employer’s points if they downgrade their membership from the Black Diamond tier to the free Green Circle Tier.
5.2. SEE YOU NEXT SEASON reserves the right to remove up to 25% of an employer’s points if they downgrade their membership from the Black Diamond tier to Blue Square Tier, and up to 25% of an employer’s points if they downgrade their membership from the Blue Square Tier to the Green Circle Tier.
5.3 SEE YOU NEXT SEASON reserves the right to remove free referral points in they are acquired by referring another department in the same company.
